Due to the contagious risk and spread of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) we are implementing with immediate effect, safeguarding procedure to protect our clients and staff whilst maintaining an operational status. Below are changes to our procedures to ensure we can continue to provide our Services:

1. During our site visits, we will now, not be meeting face to face. Work specifications can be relayed through telephone or emails etc.
2. We will be maintaining a zero-interaction policy whilst we are carrying out works. Unfortunately, this means we will currently be declining drinks, biscuits, etc. This is to remove the risk of contact and ultimately possible infection.
3. Should anyone approach us whilst working, we will ask you to stop 2-3m away from any employee to ensure that we follow preventive measure laid out by the government.
4. We will not be shaking hands or elbow bumps as an extra precaution.
5. Please do not panic, we have a very low level of human interaction during our working day, due to the nature of our work and we can fully operate at normal capacity.

We are thoroughly following government and medical guidance. Should we become infected as a company we will immediately close, inform clients and reschedule works.
